My name is Alicia and I’m a Licensed Solo Esthetician at Rosetician LLC. I specialize in Brazilians & Brow Lamination. My Goal is to have each & every client to have a relaxing escape from the real world. Everyone deserves self love, so why not get treated with the upmost professionalism with above & beyond services. POLICIES- NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE There will be a deposit for specific services required to book that will go towards the service. Without payment, appointment will not be confirmed. Cancellation Policy is down below. NO extra guests, no exceptions unless booking an Eligible Bestie Special. If you decide to show up with a guest, guest will have to wait in the hallway in a respectable manner as it’s a shared common area with other service providers. No children left unattended, no children in the suite unless getting serviced due to insurance liabilities. Card Required On File in order to Book. LATE POLICY- 15min late will lead to CANCELLATION to prevent a delay for rest of the clients - 50% of service will be charged with card on file. Unless there is an opening but that will only be discussed at that very moment. No Call No Shows will automatically charge card on file 50% of service fee. Two No Call No Shows will be banned from future service. Rosetician LLC is certified with BARBICIDE, COMMUNITY HEALTH AMBASSADOR & BARBICIDE COVID-19. My suite is always cleaned, sanitized & tools sterilized before & after each service. Masks are not required but I will always be wearing a mask. If you have any Cold, Flu, Covid Symptoms or Monkey Pox, please contact me so we can reschedule. If you show up with symptoms, I will have to turn you away and again the deposit will not be refundable.
